BartenderAtomix (2018), is a two Michelin starred fine-dining concept designed to showcase Chef Park’s vision of combining traditional Korean techniques and western techniques. In its opening year, Atomix received a James Beard nomination for “Best New Restaurant,” and glowing reviews from New York Magazine, The Washington Post, Eater New York, and 3-stars from The New York Times.
Cafe Chelsea
BartenderCafe Chelsea in The Hotel Chelsea is now hiring Bartenders with classic cocktail knowledge. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team. We are currently focused on candidates wtih full-time availability and a minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining restaurants, cocktail bars, hotels, or equivalent.
The Dynamo Room is a new Grill House located at the recently developed Penn Station District in Manhattan. The raw bar & grill is the newest project from Sunday Hospitality (Rule of Thirds, Sunday In Brooklyn, Cafe Chelsea, Hotel Chelsea Lobby Bar, El Quijote, Bedford Post Inn), and opened in May 2025.
